More About Me

For more than 20 years, Ginger has helped buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the real estate journey — with the same care she learned growing up in the business. A second-generation agent, she got her start helping her mother manage rentals and client relations at their family's summer home in a resort community, an early introduction that became her career.

Since then, Ginger has guided first-time buyers, growing families, relocating professionals, investors, and downsizing seniors through smooth, confident transactions. Her credentials reflect that range: the Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN) designation, At Home With Diversity certification, Luxury Collection Specialist status, and RBC Cross-Border Certification. She's also a multi-year NVAR Top Producer and has been listed among the region’s top agents in Washingtonian and Northern Virginia Magazines.

Clients value Ginger’s experience, but it’s her personal approach that truly sets her apart. She takes the time to listen, communicates openly, and makes sure her clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. With more than two decades of experience in Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland, she brings a deep understanding of the local market and a skilled, thoughtful approach to pricing and negotiation.

A former art major, Ginger brings a designer's eye to every listing, helping homes make their best possible first impression. When time allows, she still enjoys painting in oils and watercolor.

Ginger and her husband, a Fairfax County business owner, are parents to four adult children and grandparents to three. The family is active in the special needs community, supporting several Down syndrome associations, the NDSS Buddy Walk, and Challenger Little League — and Ginger proudly sponsors her grandson's Little League team.
